Unable to Generate Support Bundle from Host.

Problem

The support bundle generation from the hypervisors using pcdctl is failing with the following error:

$ pcdctl version

1.0.154

​

$ sudo pcdctl generate-support-bundle --verbose

DEBUG   ==========Genetating SupportBundle==========

FATAL   Required python_paths to generate supportBundle does not exists

Environment

• Component: pcdctl v-1.0.154

Answer

This is a known issue, and it has been fixed in the pcdctl version pcdctl-1.0.178 and higher.

The current latest version 1.0.182 can be downloaded using
