Problem
Users logged in to PCD UI observed “No Data Found” in the “Tenants & Users” section.
Environment
- Private Cloud Director Virtualization - v2025.6.0
- Private Cloud Director Kubernetes – v2025.6.0
Cause
This is a known bug. BUG ID: PCD-2866
Diagnostics
Log in to PCD UI and navigate to Account settings. Under the Tenants & Users Section, no users/tenants will be found.
Resolution
- The issue has been successfully resolved in PCD v2025.6.1.
- Therefore, if you are experiencing this issue, we strongly recommend upgrading the management plane to v2025.6.1
